Agustín Azparren Lucas

Representing the family of flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucía in a copyright lawsuit regarding many of his most well-known musical compositions, leading to successfully obtaining a judgement in favour of the author's family, which has had significant media impact both in Spain and internationally.

Defending the President of the Port Authority of Gijón in a major trial with twenty defendants, lasting over eight years, which ended with the client's acquittal. Additionally, defending the same client in the proceedings before the Court of Auditors, where more than 135 million euros were being claimed. The outcome of the proceedings was fully favourable for the client, with the sentence being upheld on appeal and cessation before the Supreme Court.

Achieving over 400 agreements in the past ten years acting as a mediator. One of which included publicly disseminated agreement reached between the company AZSA, belonging to a major multinational company, and 49 workers who were poisoned with mercury. This agreement put an end to eight years of conflicts.
